Sunshine Roofing replaced our roof last year, and we are still receiving compliments. This was our first time going through this process, and we vetted several companies. Katherine, his office administrator, simplified the process even more by filling out the necessary paperwork for our HOA and communicating with each step. Did a fantastic job. The 26 gauge metal roof is a definite upgrade from the shingles. Did a good install and post cleanup. Would recommend.

Very impressed and satisfied with Sunshine Roof Services. Our initial interview was a pleasant non-pressure and informative meeting. Sunshine handled all our HOA paperwork. In fact, the HOA sent us their compliments on the thoroughness of their submission. The crew was sufficient and capable enough that our entire roof was stripped and replaced in two days. Sunshine laid protective covering over our paver driveway, generator and propane tanks. They did a comprehensive job with the clean up and final inspection. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof at competitive pricing.
