Chuck Pacetti and Sunshine Roof Services were outstanding. From the first phone call, Chuck was professional, responsive and easy to work with. He explained the process clearly and answered all our questions without pressure. The friendly crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and kept everything clean throughout the job. The finished roof looks fantastic, and the attention to detail really shows. What impressed us the most was how smoothly everything went and how well Chuck made sure the work met expectations from start to finish. When we purchased the house the prior owner had installed a new roof so we had not personally worked with Sunshine. When we contacted Sunshine for information they responded promptly and completely with all of the warranty information that we need. So very professional.. Thank you Chuck for calling back on a Friday when your staff had already left for the weekend. And thank you Kathrine for responding early on Monday.

Sunshine Roofing replaced our roof last year, and we are still receiving compliments. This was our first time going through this process, and we vetted several companies. My meeting with Chuck was the deciding factor in choosing Sunshine Roofing. He was extremely professional, patient with my many questions, and very fair in his pricing. Katherine, his office administrator, simplified the process even more by filling out the necessary paperwork for our HOA and communicating with each step. We could not be more appreciative of their help! We felt very confident that we were working with an honest, knowledgeable, down to earth company. Did a fantastic job. The 26 gauge metal roof is a definite upgrade from the shingles. Did a good install and post cleanup. Would recommend.
