Established locally in 2007, we are a family-owned and operated business with deep roots in our community. Led by Chuck Pacetti, who holds both a state-certified roofing license and a state-certified builder’s license, we are committed to providing top-quality service and craftsmanship.
We are excited to introduce the next generation of leadership at Sunshine Roof Services. Christian Pacetti, Chuck’s son, has been actively involved in the business for over 10 years. He oversees the production of complete roof replacements and repair work while currently studying to obtain his own state-certified roofing license. Christian is eager to continue the family legacy as a second-generation roofing contractor.
We prioritize quality in every project. Our team is qualified to provide homeowners with a Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form, commonly known as the “Wind Mitigation Form.” This document certifies that our new roof installations meet the required Florida statutes and can potentially lead to premium discounts when submitted to homeowners’ insurance carriers.
We only use high-quality products that come with a lifetime material warranty, covering both materials and labor for any defects. Additionally, we offer a 5-year warranty on our workmanship.
Sunshine Roof Services is proud to be a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), a non-profit organization of accredited businesses that adhere to strict ethical business practices. The BBB promotes truth and fairness in the marketplace, encouraging high standards among its members. Our commitment to ethical practices ensures that you can trust us to deliver quality service.
At Sunshine Roof Services, we believe your satisfaction is the most important part of every job. We carry the appropriate liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance to protect you, the property owner.
